The high performance valve with proven reliability for normal and aggressive
applications. Some valve manufacturers claim reduced H.P. consumption. The Manley valve
actually delivers. Pressure drop across a valve is a function of streamlined
flow. Manley valve rings and mating seat radii reduce turbulence ensuring
improved flow, lower pressure drop and reduced compressor valve H.P.
consumption. Hemispherical shaped rings are supplied in high performance
engineered plastics capable of withstanding most services up to 200oC
and 400 bar. This unique ring design is self seating and self
aligning with no guides to wear. Manley valves are custom engineered and
computer designed to optimise flow and give you the lowest possible H.P.
consumption.
Improved flow characteristics will reduce the incidence of solids impinging on
sealing surfaces and eliminate hydraulic damage caused by liquid carry-over,
common in refinery process.

Low pressure design. Available in cast iron and alloy steel. Valve strips are
supplied in 410 S.S. with filled PTFE guide inserts used in most applications. |

RING VALVES |

CPA offers these conventional, versatile and reliable valves in a wide
selection of non corrosive materials. Valve seats and guards can be supplied in all machinable ferrous and non-ferrous
materials.
Seats, guards and valve rings are fully machined to precision standards. Valve ring material is the widest available, ranging from 410 stainless &
17-7ph stainless to all types of non-metallic such as filled polyamides,
laminated epoxy resins, phenolics and PEEK®. Valve springs are commonly 17-7ph stainless as well as specials such as titanium
and hastelloy. CPA will engineer the optimum ring design for your services. |

CHANNEL
VALVES

All channel valve components are readily available and completely
interchangeable with existing valve parts. Stringent CPA inspection standards
ensure only quality components are installed in all valve assemblies. |

FLEXING & DAMPENED PLATE
VALVES
|
 |
The flexing plate (or frictionless) design is ideally suited for both lube
and non-lube service and due to it's inherent excellent dampening
characteristics it is recommended for most high speed
clean gas services. Again seats and guards are machined to CPA precision
standards and a wide selection of materials are available.
All Plates are supplied in Series 400 S.S. or custom made to suit your requirements.
