These NEW conversion kits are suitable for immediate installation in most
standard designs of flexing plate valves as used in most of the popular air
compressors with little or no modification required.
With high temperature PEEK (200oC) polymer plates installed both seat
wear and valve noise are reduced. (Lower valve plate weight results in reduced
valve plate momentum hence less wear.) Standard coil springs are replaced with
one spring plate (suction) and two spring plates (discharge). Broken coil
springs are totally eliminated. Polymer clip plate design does not require valve
seat profiling therefore extending the life of normally unserviceable valve
seats.
